Birdfarm Bites was a nickname her grandfather gave her for the family birdfarm, and it was a moniker that followed her throughout her time in the Navy, particularly while serving on carriers, which are commonly referred to as “birdfarms” due to their housing of aircraft, also known as “birds.”

Birdfarm Bites is a truly one-of-a-kind company, specializing in the design of elaborate and visually stunning charcuterie boards, high-end charcuterie products, and delectable designs that are sure to impress. Sarah’s passion for creating a memorable experience, along with her extensive experience as a Command Senior Chief in the Navy, has allowed her to offer a truly unique and memorable experience for her customers.
